The property listings include information about affordable rental housing developments that have been financed with resources (Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Multi-family Tax Exempt Bonds, HOME, etc.) from IHCDA.  These properties are privately owned and managed and maintain their own waiting lists.  If you are interested in renting an apartment from any of the developments listed, you must call the development directly.  The rental/management agent can give you specific property information, apartment availability, rates and eligibility requirements.
